Animal House of Chicago

We've been going to Animal House for over 8 years. We brought our previous doggy here and I can't even put into words the amazing team that took care of him. They were so kind and just loved him. We bring in our new dog here as well - for the last couple of years and they treat him just as great! Dr. Navarro and his team are absolutely amazing. They take their time to answer any questions - the vet techs are the bets as well - Paucar loves his vet techs and nurses! I would recommend them to anyone!

The fine doctors and staff members at Animal House are all caring professionals. I would not trust my little Umbrella Cockatoo to anyone else! Dr. Byron and staff have been Sammy's veterinarian since 2007. At 29 years of age, I'd say they have partnered with me in keeping my noisy hellion healthy! As a veterinary professional myself I believe in the quality of the Animal House medicine. Dr. Byron recently began taking care of my little cat Bernie. As a retired veterinarian, I only want the most competent care for my pet friends.

This will be long winded, but I’ve been going to Dr. Byron for over 25 years (even before he opened this clinic & I followed him here). I’ve had dogs, a cat, and Guinea pigs that were patients here. My diabetic cat lived 17 happy years under their care. Between Animal House & the cardiologist we saw, my late dog lived 6 additional happy years after diagnosis with a major heart condition, until age 15! I even brought in my large tropical fish that was lodged in a rock (rock and all), and Dr Byron got him out 😁 Dr. Byron & Dr. Jenny are the BEST! They’ve helped me keep all my pets happy and healthy. They are kind, knowledgeable & thorough. The entire staff is amazing & goes above and beyond! I’ve since moved further west & still bring my pets to them because they are the best! I was just there yesterday with my sick & lethargic dog & Dr. Byron determined what was wrong (his hunch proved to be correct with diagnostic tests) & sent us home with proper meds/treatment. Within an hour of meds, she was eating again & acting her normal self. I highly recommend Animal House!

Wonderful! Fantastic! Amazing! I have a precious 50 year old box turtle named Murtle. So, it's important to me that she receives excellent care. I am so grateful to have found Animal House of Chicago given the exceptional expertise, knowledge, skill, warmth, efficiency, and energy that are demonstrated by the entire staff. Dr. Byron's impressive experience and distinguished accomplishments are reflected in his examinations of Murtle and how the clinic is run. I have peace of mind knowing that she is in such qualified and caring hands. In fact, Murtle had a week's vacation ( boarding ) while I was out of town. They took such good care of her! I will not hesitate to board her again knowing how efficiently and lovingly they cared for her. They shared how much they enjoyed her, and that meant a lot. Thank you, Kelly and staff! They don't miss a beat! There are so many wonderful people on staff to thank that I don't want to leave anyone out. You know who you are! You are Dr. Byron and all veterinarians on staff, you are the wonderful welcoming individuals at the front desk, you are the fabulous staff caring for the boarding animals, you are all staff at Animal House of Chicago.
